The free-delivery threshold counts your items after any discount. The exact fee for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days of your payment being confirmed. Delivery times above count working days from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays, which can differ between states.
When your order ships we email you the courier’s name and your tracking number.
Receiving your parcel
- Please use an address where someone can receive a parcel during the day, and a phone number the courier can reach.
- If a delivery is missed, the courier will usually try again or leave a note on how to collect. Parcels unclaimed and returned to us can be re-sent for a new delivery fee.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging, take photos and contact us within 7 days so we can sort it out with the courier.
Festive seasons
Couriers carry far more parcels around Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, Christmas and year-end sales, and deliveries can take a few days longer. Order early if you need something by a particular date.
